Enrolment ceremony
On 24 September, we invite all new students to the enrolment ceremony at the Church of Mittweida.
The first-year students for the winter semester 2025/26 will be welcomed into the university family in a festive ceremony. The families and guests of the new students are also cordially invited to attend. The event begins at 2 p.m. in the church in Mittweida. Admission is from 1 pm, prior registration is not necessary.
Who?
All freshmen of the winter semester 2025
There is no pre-registration necessary.
What?
In a ceremonial setting, freshmen will be welcomed into the university family.

Stadtkirche "Unser lieben Frauen", Kirchplatz 3, 09648 Mittweida. There is limited parking in the immediate neighbourhood of the church. The public car parks on Hainichener Straße and Zimmerstraße are only a few minutes' walk away.
