Application deadlines

Applications for studies in Mittweida can be submitted in two periods each year:

• 15 April - 15 May or 15 July for a study start in the following winter semester.
• 15 October - 15 January for a study start in the following summer semester.

For study programs with no admission requirements, the deadline for international applications for the winter semester ends on May 15th. Missing documents can still be submitted by 31 May.

For study programs with restricted admission (NC study programs), these deadlines (15 January and 15 July) are required by law and cannot be extended by the university. Missing documents can still be submitted by 20 July or 20 January.

The majority of our study programs are offered in the winter semester. Only the Bachelor's programs in Social Work start in summer semester.
